Mistletoe Lip Scrub

2 tsp. organic evaporated cane juice crystals

¾ teaspoon coconut oil

Combine ingredients and add to containers.

Moo-Less Milk Bath

½ cup dry coconut milk powder

Mix dry ingredients together. Pour half the amount into a half pint-sized glass jar or larger. Drop essential oils into the center. Pour the other half of the powder mixture on top. Secure jar lid and shake until well combined.

Silky Foot Soak

½ cup Epsom salt

2 Tbsp. rolled oats

10–15 drops of your favorite topical essential oil

Thoroughly combine ingredients and store in a glass jar.

We use Young Living essential oils in all of our homemade holiday products! Lavender pillows and Peppermint swirled lip balm are my favorites

Alyssa HarderREPLY

I made all the women in our extended family Lavender bath salts and Lavender sugar scrub. I tried them out myself and absolutely loved them! I had several people try them and say that they loved them too. Homemade gifts mean so much more than store bought, especially if they involve YL essential oils.

Tricia JohnsonREPLY

LOVE the idea of mixing the oats with the epsom salt! I’ve always mixed baking soda with the salts. This will be a new way to make a foot soak!

TeresaREPLY

I was wondering if anyone has used 1 drop of Northern Lights Black Spruce oil in a C-pap machine in the container of distilled water? I would like to try to use it. But, I want to be sure it is safe to inhale. Does anyone know about this and can email me?
Thanks bunches!
Teresa

Young LivingREPLY

Hi Teresa, We would not recommend using essential oils in conjunction with a CPAP machine in any manner as the oils may damage the plastic components of the machine. If you desire to use the oils in another manner, we would suggest contacting your physician to determine if the oils are safe to use with your current medical condition. Thanks for stopping by with your questions.

Is the foot soak for one use only?

Young LivingREPLY

Hi Pat, Thanks for your question. The Foot Soak is designed for one use, but you do not have to use the full amount. Thanks for stopping by!

Where can you purchase the organic evaporated juice crystals?

Young LivingREPLY

Hi Nancy, You can purchase the organic evaporated juice crystals online or at many natural food stores. Thanks for stopping by with your question!

Karen LangeREPLY

I made car fresheners with cardboard cutouts and Purification and I made bath/foot soaks with several empty EO bottles and Epsom salts, then added baking soda also when I took out the bottles. Then I soaked them in distilled water and saved that for adding to baths also.

TonyaREPLY

What is the shelf life of the Silky Foot Soak, Bath Milk, Lip Scrub?

Young LivingREPLY

Hi Tonya, The lip scrub should be used within a day or two, but the milk bath and foot scrub should last several weeks if stored in an airtight jar. We hope this information is helpful!

LisaREPLY

Well, creating a homemade essential oil mix does make the gift a lot more personal. Good idea!
